Facilities Manager
Description
Catholic High School, a college-preparatory high school serving the communities of Southeastern Hampton Roads is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, appearance, and security of the facility and grounds of the school. The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of major building systems, a familiarity with maintenance contracts, supervisory experience, and the ability to maintain an effective plan of oversight, prevention, maintenance, and repair of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security systems. Support of the school's mission and programs as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or higher, plus 5 or more years experience in a facilities management role or related field.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
