At Xerox, we partner with our IT Clients to facilitate installation and delivery of new infrastructure and software technologies as well as remediate their IT issues. In this role, the IT Engineer II will be responsible for assisting clients with Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and Aruba projects and solutions. This position will include both remote and onsite work with 25% travel required.
Responsibilities:
Maintain operational control of various operating systems and technologies such as VMware, Microsoft, and Cisco Rack/stack/install new storage, server, and networking appliances Maintain network, datacenter and cloud hardware and software Perform root cause analysis for operational outages Capable of troubleshooting various hardware and software issues Remediate support tickets and support security initiatives Collecting and reporting on information, such as incident logs Ability to work independently, and collaborate in groups to complete client project Working with 3rd party Vendors regarding equipment, maintenance, and upgrades Requirements:

years of security, network or data center experience Security and Firewall experience Strong VMware and Hyper-V knowledge preferred Network Configuration of routers, switches & APs MS Windows and Linux Background Networks:
TCP/IP, HTTP, Telnet, SSH. WAN and VPN experience Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Exchange preferred Regularly lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds Preferred Certifications:
VCP 6,7 MCSE Server Microsoft Azure/ O365 CCNA/P/D/IE Aruba ACMP/ACSE/DX Various vendor platforms such as Cisco/Dell/HPE
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, IT SecurityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
