This is not your typical car sales role; we are the first dealer group to bring the Fast, Simple, Smart negotiation free process to the Hampton Roads area.
Our noncommissioned pay plan means that you can focus more on the customer's needs rather than using pushy, aggressive sales tactics.
We also allow our Product Specialists to sell from the inventory of all of our 6 locations.
