Instead, we have a team of highly knowledgable experts in the field of behavioral services.
These experts understand the clinical and administrative challenges of running a behavioral service company and they help our customers leverage our software to meet them.
If you are currently employed in the behavioral health industry, either in a clinical role or an operations one, and you like the idea of working with a technology company and helping agencies all over the country deliver the best possible care to their clients, then we want to talk to you! Requirements You MUST have recent prior experience in the behavioral health industry, either clinical or operational.

You MUST have recent prior experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software.

Experience as a Noteable user is greatly preferred.
You should enjoy, and be good at, talking to people.
You'll need to demonstrate an understanding of medical coding and billing practices.
You'll need to be technically proficient at using software applications, generally, and at using collaboration and productivity tools.
Responsibilities Conduct product demonstrations to prospective customers and answer their questions about how Noteable will help them solve their real challenges.
Ensure new customers have an excellent onboarding experience, by conducting user trainings, and analyzing their current business practices to help them configure Noteable to meet their unique needs.
Respond to support requests with expertise and enthusiasm, making sure that every user feels heard and cared for.
Participate in, and help to improve, internal processes related to supporting our customers.
Create training videos and documentation for Noteable users Participate in Quality Assurance testing of our software Liaise with the engineering team to resolve technical product issues and help prioritize development tasks based on your interactions with customers Work At Noteable!
