Job Description:
Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds Consistently attain the service level set by the Company Practice good judgment in processing cases Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week Assist colleagues and other teams work upon request Constantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics Perform other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management Requirement:
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or Education degree GED Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support.
