We are looking for a stellar BCBA for our clinic based ABA programs that include early learners, school aged learners, and teens.
Applicant must be passionate about the field and providing high quality ABA services to all clients and families.
We are a collaborative team of BCBA's and RBT's focused on providing quality ABA services for our clients and families.
Come join us! Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Conduct functional behavior assessments Write initial and ongoing treatment plans according to rules of each funding source Conduct assessments every 6 months and analyze ongoing program data to ensure maximum client progress Collaborate with other BCBAs and Director Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis Provide direct therapy when needed Provide on-going parent training Maintain programs using our data platform Supervise provide training and feedback to RBT's Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating programs and treatment plans Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures Effective and professional communication Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Critical thinking skills and problem solving Soft skills to include managing staff effectively, treating others with respect Job Type:
