Minimum duties include:
answering multi-line phone, scheduling appointments, data entry, document review, multi-calendar management, document mailings, communicating with clients, and some filing.
This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and great communication and organizational skills.
Legal experience is a plus but a willingness to learn new things is more important.
