The Customer Care Specialist position will be a hybrid role, as we are a small family owned and operated business.
You will be a critical team member in assisting the day to day operations from answering to phones, to administrative duties, and dispatching assistance.
Upholding our service philosophy is the most critical aspect, while handling and scheduling incoming and outbound calls to meet our customers needs, while exhibiting the highest level of white glove customer service.

Work with fun people in a collaborative environment in the office M - F 8am - 5pm EST Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Make outbound calls to follow-up with existing customers to support their needs Coordinate with others on the team for priority scheduling of our customers Be empathetic, and listening effectively to assist our customers Collaborate with other team members to close work through phone, email, etc.
Communicate with digital customers promptly from our marketing apps such as Yelp and Angi Leads to secure work Perform other duties as needed which may include administrative duties, and additional client support Job Requirements:
Minimum two years customer service experience in the home services industry Preferably experience with plumbing, and/or dispatching Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Must have a positive attitude Team player who can work independently Amazing customer service skills Passion for helping people How We Take Care Of Our Team Members:
