S.
Naval Ships and Military installations which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military.
These positions are a part of the Integrated Training Systems Installation and Sustainment (ITSIS) support contract for the U.
S.
Navy.

What You Will Do
Performs engineering functions in one or more of the following specialties:
electronics, electrical, mechanical, civil, naval, and/or chemical.

Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.

Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
What You Must Have
2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or 0 years experience with Masters in related field.

Knowledge of all phases of systems engineering for the specific purpose of organizing, directing and leading technical efforts in the concept formulation, project planning and project engineering.

Have experience in networking standards, architectures, protocols and systems as it applies to training/testing devices, simulation, simulators and instrumentation.

Have professional engineering experience in analysis, design, development, integration and test of military systems and knowledgeable in system architecture and domain engineering.

Have experience supervising or leading multi-disciplined or matrix teams, with specialized experience in engineering disciplines or technical areas (such as visual, C4I, software, firmware, maintenance management, logistics engineering).

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Physical Requirements Office, industrial or shipboard environment.
Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
Lifting and moving of materials not to exceed the guidelines set for one man lift.
