Senior Who We Are HII's System Integration group is seeking a Training Rep 4 to join our Fleet Sustainment group! As a Training Rep 4 you will play a critical role in ensuring that successful and safe work is performed on board U.
S.
Naval Ships and Military installations which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military.
These positions are a part of the Integrated Training Systems Installation and Sustainment (ITSIS) support contract for the U.
S.
Navy.

What You Will Do
Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel.
Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Keeps abreast of training and development research:
learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques.
Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.
May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.
May be responsible for development of e-learning programs.
What You Must Have
10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
Experience developing training analysis, programs of instruction including lesson plans, and conducting training in support of the Government.
Experience developing training curriculum, documentation and conducting all training for supported program.
Experience assigning work based on priorities, and evaluates work performance, and providing advice, counsel, or instructions to employees on both work and administrative matters.
Experience in developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
Physical Requirements May require working in an industrial or shipboard environment.
Capable of climbing ladders, standing for extended periods and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
