Senior SharePoint Online Administrator
Job Description:
Trinity ES, LLC is currently looking for an experienced SharePoint Online Administrator (Web Content Developer) for a full time (40 hours per week), non-shift standard work day (M-F days).
Position may have some telework opportunities but the position is considered an on-site position requiring candidates to be local to the DC/Maryland/VA area to access secure Government facilities.
Position is not entry level.
Candidates should be comfortable making decisions and recommendations to support our client with design, creation, deployment, updating and maintenance of multiple SharePoint Online information sites in a multi-network environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
o Translate customer requirements in order to produce SharePoint Online sites ranging from basic to complex with enhanced functionality through customizations and integrations o Serves as Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint Online resource development, content management, and administration on multiple networks o Serves as Subject Matter Expert for web content/web environment design, development, deployment and site life-cycle management o Highly experienced working with and incorporating Microsoft 365 Services:
SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, M365 Groups and Power Platform o Experience with graphic design, data visualization techniques, HTML coding, and other interfaces or products used to produce attractive, user friendly and intuitive web content o Implement and maintain user-friendly designs, in accordance with Intelligence Community branding guidance and ensure 508-accessibility compliance for optimum user experience o Improve processes and strategies to enhance the SharePoint Online look and feel o Collaborate with other teams and developers to create and operate internal and external web sites o Utilize SharePoint Online and M365 environment to create custom tools that help automate processes o Ability to quickly understand and utilize new concepts and technologies o Collaborate with Project Managers or Program Managers o Possess, practice and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills o Strong writing skills at the collegiate level o Ability to work within a small team environment with minimal supervision o Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment CORE
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field o 5
years of SharePoint Online experience and at least 10 years in IT Career Field o Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Flash Player o Current Security
certification or higherPREFERRED
Qualifications:
o Active TS/SCI clearance to start AND the ability to obtain a CI poly to be considered for the position o SharePoint Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified:
Teamwork Admin Associate o Familiar with Information Security, handling classified data within the Intelligence Community o Familiar with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence o Familiar with Camtasia or other Video editing software Recommended Skills Administration Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Flash Player Attention To Detail Automation Branding Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
