Position
Summary:
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all residents living here is of the utmost importance, every single day; responding to apartment alarms/emergencies; assisting nursing staff in lifting residents to a safe position; performing site and perimeter security rounds.
Education and/or
Experience:
High school education; or one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have the ability to perform simple mechanical repairs.
