Project Manager
Job Description (Posting).
To use user- centered design thinking to drive breakthrough technological innovations and concepts, reframe existing problems, generate product and user insights and ideas, and drive those ideas into the core of the sales and delivery strategy in close collaboration with the customer and internal stakeholders.

) To work closely with client to identify and understand problem area, research objectives and methods, business goals and user goals.

) To conduct collaborative design thinking workshops to move from problem to concept development (3.
) To work cross-functionally with UX designers, Visual designers, Researchers, Developer, Engineers and marketing teams to refine and define product solutions and specifications design (4.
) To communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways (5.
) To conduct pre-sales engagement to educate client on Innovation Design (6.
) Help design studies and conduct research that address both user behavior and attitudes through User Centered design methodologies and concepts (7.
) To evangelize design thinking methodology (8.
) Work with Sr.
