Your role as a Van Driver is crucial in ensuring that children arrive at our center safely, ready for a day of learning and fun.

Duties Safely transport children to and from the Child Care Center, ensuring their well-being and comfort throughout the journey.
Follow a set route and schedule, adjusting for traffic or weather conditions as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the van, conducting regular vehicle inspections and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Ensure that all children are securely fastened in appropriate car seats or seat belts.
Communicate effectively with parents and childcare staff, providing updates on transportation schedules and any incidents.
Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere within the van.
Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with child safety seat installation and usage.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Patience, attentiveness, and the ability to handle the varying needs of children during transportation.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on safety.
