Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents and correspondence- Draft discovery responses, interview witnesses, draft medical chronologies and communicate with clients- Manage document management systems and databases- File documents with the court or other entities as required - Organize and maintain legal files and document Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology - Familiarity with medical terminology- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using document management systems- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) Optional Skills:
- Ability to transcribe dictation accurately Schedule:
- Monday through Friday Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Databases Document Management Systems Medical Terminology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
