High school graduation or equivalent Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to type 40 words per minute; basic computer skills; excellent verbal /written communication and customer service skills Must be detail oriented Sales experience a plus Medical office experience a plus No insurance billing experience required Required to call and email warm leads for scheduling new patients Computer and Electronic Medical Record skills and ability to function in a variable clinical setting Responsibilities Serves as the initial contact person within the facility, principally responsible for all front desk and reception activities Greets patients in a service oriented and professional manner, answers phones, monitors the reception area for patient comfort and potential emergencies, registers, collects payments from patients Assists in coordinating patient care from an administrative perspective Answers phone calls from patients with clinical questions and routes the phone messages to the appropriate provider Communicates availability of appropriate programs and services to patients and supports Marketing initiatives and may serve as an extension of the Marketing team Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations Performs other duties as assigned Supports organizational initiatives related to new technology, clinical programs and improving the patient experience; seeks opportunities for improvement in all clinic administrative processes and services Supports other members of the clinical team when patient bottlenecks occur.
The role is hybridized and it is expected during the day to pivot from front desk, triage, and to assist our providers (Dr, Nurse, or Master Aesthetician) Fountain of You MD is a Hormone Clinic/Medical Spa that specializes in the most cutting edge Anti-Aging therapies and technology.
The interview process will include an initial phone call and then a follow up face to face meeting with the management team.
