Business Development Lead - National Remediation Programs (NRP)

is seeking a Business Development Lead for our National Remediation Programs (NRP) Market Sector (MS).
This position will report directly to the Corporate Business Development Leader for all Environmental Programs and have specific responsibility to collaborate and strategize with the NRP Market Sector Leader to develop, establish, and maintain strong client relationships, foster, and implement capture management, encourage strategic partnerships, support and enhance strategic planning, and perform other associated BD functions for the NRP.
Primary work location is flexible with office, hybrid, or telework options.
Responsibilities:
Establish or expand upon strategic relationships with national agency clients like EPA, USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, and other federal agencies focused on providing sustainable NRP solutions, Collaborate and facilitate strategic planning actions for NRP, Identify, develop, and implement opportunity pursuits and strategies, Identify additional strategic industry partners to expand our client base, Manage and actively participate in technical and cost proposal development including writing, consulting, leading proposal Teams, and/or reviewing proposal documents when appropriate, Improve and expand client contact networks, and Maintaining prospect data in the corporate BD and CRM database.
Requirements:
Preference for a skilled Remediation Professional (Engineer/Geologist/Scientist) with current remediation and technology experience with strong BD and proven proposal management skills 10
years of significant remediation project experience (design, technology, investigations), understanding of federal clients, and federal contracting/procurement processes 5
years' demonstrated success working in a BD role in the Federal market Capture experience with major federal acquisition vehicles.
Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with both the client and in-house operational teams.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Energetic, enthusiastic, organized and self-starter.
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Professional licensure (PE, PG, CHMM, CSP, CIH) or certification (PMP, CPSM,) a plus.
Business travel is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
