The FP&A Senior Manager will be the leader of the Advisory Service Line as a part of the overall Finance Team.
The FP&A Senior Manager leads a variety of financial focus areas in support of the firm s overall financial goals.
As an FP&A Senior Manager, your day(s) will consist of, but not limited to:
Lead monthly financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics trackingDevelop and lead FP&A team in support of the firm s goalsReport on financial performance and support preparation for regular leadership reviewsLead the annual budgeting process to establish financial budgets for the coming fiscal yearAnalyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvementsWork closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reportingEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts; proactively identifying areas for improvementSupport effective cost management by establishing and enforcing policies and proceduresIdentify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
Lead corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
What you bring to the role:
BA or BS degree required (Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)8
years of business finance or other relevant experienceSignificant experience in financial modeling techniques and developing financial reportsStrong fluency with Excel formulas and functions as well as Word and PowerpointExcellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with Leaders across the firmSuperior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big pictureDemonstrated ability to drive projects across an organizationAbout Cherry BekaertCherry Bekaert, ranked among the largest assurance, tax and advisory firms in the U.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000.
Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
