Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers, clients, and fellow customer service and sales team members Coordinate customer service dates and accurately fulfill customer information into the order system Attend seminars and classes as necessary to learn new sales skills, increase culvert and related products knowledge Make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a sales goal quickly and efficiently Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and boost sales margins Works closely with the Customer Service Representative and Sales team and other internal departments to ensure product orders and services meet customer specifications Achieve quality assurance, productivity and sales target goals set forth by the management team Customer Service Representative Preferred
Qualifications:
Demonstrate high levels of organization and reliability Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize a shifting workload Forward-thinker, innovative, and passionate about helping people Self-motivated, proactive and has a high sense of urgency High school diploma or GED Representative's Degree in Business and/or related field Minimum of one to two years in a customer service representative or sales associate role Job Type:
