Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Professionally address client questions and concerns via telephone and email, always aiming for first-call resolution.
Onboarding Support:
Manage the set-up of online forms, handle new client documentation, oversee new client training, and take care of electronic document filing.
Operational Efficiency:
Accurately log the receipt of inbound work orders to ensure timely processing.
Data Management:
Handle donation/payment entries and confirm the associated data for accuracy.
Prompt Response:
Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client needs are met to the highest standard.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
