Ideal candidates will be proficient with computers, friendly, and able to work well with others.
Previous administrative assistant preferred but, not required.
This position provides a wonderful opportunity for an individual to learn and grow.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Schedule appointments with clients Answer company phone calls Various office tasks (filing, scanning, typing, etc.
) Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
