Position Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Take customer calls - provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns De-escalate issues involving dissatisfied customers, offer patient assistance and support Call clients and potential customers and aid in scheduling appointments Review client accounts - provide updates and information about their tax return Responding to all client inquiries in a polite, professional, and timely manner Place outbound calls Document customer comments and feedback in the appropriate systems Expresses initial greeting at the front desk, as needed Answers and transfers phone calls Data entry Internal mail and package distribution Other duties as assigned Position Qualifications Willingness to learn new computer programs and cloud services Attention to detail Strong verbal, written, and troubleshooting skills High level of customer service and communication skills Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Windows 10 Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of workgroups and small office networks Able to quickly adapt to new workflows and projects Fluent in English Position Requirements Capable of working from Liberty's office Capable of working remotely using your own device (During rare situations that the office is unavailable) Capable of making phone calls using your own device (During rare situations that Liberty's telephony is unavailable) Windows 10 or 11 computer The ability to run Microsoft Teams and Google Chrome Stable internet connectivity Webcam (web conferencing) Headset (web conferencing) Our Seasonal Benefits Flexible Work Hours:
