Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Oracle HCM implementations. In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project documentation. PMP certification is a plus.
