Responsibilities:
Quickly learn our relationship-building marketing approach and apply it during customer interactions Input customer data and track sales records in our POS system Stay competitive with our client's competitors through research to better understand the services they are offering in comparison Create positive, trusting, and lasting relationships with customers to increase customer retention and long-term sales Collaborate with fellow Client Support Associate on how to improve customer questions and ensure an unmatched customer experience Accept coaching to develop leadership skills and take on mentorship of new employees Education Qualifications Needed:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in Client Support, Customer Support, Sales, or related fields A Degree or pursuing a degree in a related field is a plus! Job Type:
