Lead Management & Scheduling:
Respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and text.
Create customer records and maintain accurate information in the system.
Schedule Service Professionals and oversee the dispatch board to ensure efficient operations.
Invoicing & Estimates:
Prepare invoices, provide accurate estimates to customers, and ensure all financial records are up to date.
Customer Relations:
Guide customers through their projects, manage expectations, and deliver a great experience every time, following the Mr.
Handyman Way.
Operational Support:
Assist in the overall daily operations, from managing technician schedules to ensuring the smooth flow of communication between the office and field.
