An apartment community located in Virginia Beach near the Town Center area is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall physical operation and proper appearance of the community.
Primary responsibilities include building maintenance and general repair work including plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs.
Responsible for all after hour emergencies and assigning on call rotation.
Primary Duties include:
Maintain the appearance of all buildings, laundry room, clubhouse and grounds Prepare vacancies for occupancy, schedule subcontractors and in-house staff Complete routine service requests Create schedule for on call rotation.
Ensure after hour emergency requests are handled in appropriate manner Turn in property reports on a weekly basis and budget reports Ripley Heatwole Company offers career minded individuals a professional work environment as well as possible growth potential.
