Customer Service Representative
We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative.
Duties:
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Utilize databases to retrieve customer information
- Provide resolutions to customer issues
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service / call center experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Effective computer proficiency
Pay for this position ranges from $10 to $11 per hour.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
