Service Manager - Construction Equipment
Position Purpose: To direct a crew of mechanics to efficiently manage the maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment.
Duties
Oversee service department and report to service Director and VP product support. Will handle all paperwork, scheduling, forecasting and budgets for service department. Hire and mentor new techs and keep shop morale high. Watch and monitor efficiency rates and comebacks in techs and put in place corrective measures.
Qualifications:
1. High school or the equivalent education.
2. Five years experience as a heavy equipment service technician, two of which in a lead role.
