Construction Foreman / Estimator


Seeking a motivated EXPERIENCED SALES ESTIMATOR/FOREMAN who can estimate for Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations preferred. Must also be able to prepare accurate and efficient cost estimates and be able to develop / maintain relationships with clients. Knowledge of local and state building codes preferred. You will need to Keep track of building permits and getting inspections done as scheduled so work can proceed in another job consideration. Managing time and budget restraints is a key component of the construction foreman's job.
As a construction foreman you can expect to be on in case of an emergency, you are the person who resolves problems as quickly as possible. Weather delays and supply delays are common problems. You are also responsible for keeping your construction crew on task.
Work area consist of All of Hampton Roads areas: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Portsmouth


Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to prepare estimates
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to adhere to and meet quotas & deadlines
Professional and neat as well as self-directed and able to work well in a team.
Min 5
year construction job experience ( must be able to show some of your previous work)
Enthusiastic, motivated, and outgoing personality
Driver's license required with own transporation
Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing
